Optional Excursion: Tacos & Mezcal Tour, $142Taste your way through Mexico City’s legendary taco scene on a nighttime food adventure that celebrates the country’s most iconic dish. Sample an array of regional favorites—from smoky grilled tacos and the city’s beloved tacos al pastor, to hearty northern-style tacos and the much-sought-after suadero taco, made from thin cuts of beef slowly confited until tender, then crisped and served with onion, cilantro, lime, and fresh salsa. Between stops, learn the art of mezcal from a local master as you sip handcrafted varieties that reveal the deep heritage of this spirit.
